Concrete

The default choice for main buggy routes. Reinforced concrete has the longest life (20+ years), the lowest maintenance profile, and handles Costa del Sol summer heat without softening.

Resin-bound

Excellent aesthetically — blends into the course, quieter under buggies, permeable — but requires a rigid, well-drained base and a higher initial investment.

Asphalt

Fast to lay and cost-effective for maintenance tracks, service yards and back-of-house routes. Not typically recommended for high-visibility playing corridors.
